Postage:
All items are sent out in their perfect finished condition, and packaged accordingly to protect them during transit.
Items are always sent by tracked and insured postage, costs according to your location.
Tax:
Due to the effects of Brexit, my items will now be subject to an import tax in accordance to your countries laws.
For the EU and USA this could be up to 20%. Please check your countries laws surrounding import tax and duties, as once the item is sent it is no longer in my control.
Returns:
Faulty items can be sent back within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus P+P).
I do not offer refunds for other reasons, so please check the item description and photograph to ensure you are happy with the item before purchasing.
Repairs:
In the unlikely event that your item breaks due to faulty workmanship, please get in touch to arrange a repair or replacement.
Please note: I cannot usually replace ceramic components, due to the design process making each one unique. However please get in touch to check if I have any spares.
P+P costs need to be covered for returning items for repairs.*
Repairs for any other reasons will incur a small repair charge.

*We are not responsible for any loss or damages of you sending items back and recommend you send them by tracked and signed for delivery.
