About

Eva Elliott is a ceramicist, jewellery maker, and educator based in Manchester, UK. She holds a BA Hons in Fine Art and a PGCE in Art & Design, and currently runs a community pottery in Salford, 7 Spot Pottery.
Eva creates ceramics in red stoneware and porcelain clay, decorated with stoneware glazes, oxide on-glaze, and glaze-trailed motifs. In her jewellery work she uses recycled and scrap silver, often combined with porcelain or glazed components.
Eva’s practice is rooted in her love of textiles, country pottery and folk art, with strong influences drawn from indigo and shibori patterns, Delftware and other traditional blue-and-white ceramics.

Her focus is on layered surface decoration - wax resist, pattern, glaze - to create pieces that feel rich in story and designed to become future heirlooms.
